Booking notes:

  • A strict 'No Smoking' policy operates for guests staying at the property.

  • Pets are not permitted at the cottage.

  • Secure payment via verified Paypal business account.

  • Last minute, short break bookings are occasionally available as indicated in the table above.

  • Please use the contact form on the link provided to request a booking for available dates.

  • We endeavour to respond to your request within a few hours and reservations are only secured on our written confirmation.

  • Bookings are secured by payment of a deposit of 40% of the rental and receipt of a completed Guest Registration Form.

  • The balance and a £100 refundable security deposit are due 6 weeks prior to the arrival date.

  • We strongly advise that you take out holiday insurance to cover you in case of cancellation.

  • All bed linen and towels are included as part of your rental.
